TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We make exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be delivered in perfect condition (without being used, washed or smelling), in the same way as they were sold. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse.
Please note, we do not cover exchanges shipping costs (although, we are working on it). Please ensure your exchange package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.
Osù Swimwear is limited edition swimwear and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes will be available when exchanging. Osù does not cover customs duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country.
All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund. Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.
